Piacevole e offers complimentary shipping on all orders from Shanghai via SF Express, FedEx, or DHL.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

For international orders, all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are covered by Piacevole e. Customers will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

Piacevole e accepts returns of items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of the delivery date.

1. Contact us to request a return authorization and shipping label.
2. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached and the original packaging.
3. Print the return label and arrange shipment according to the instructions provided by our team.

Piacevole e offers complimentary return shipping for the first return request associated with each customer. For any subsequent return requests, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or missing their original tags may not be eligible for a refund. Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Once your return has been received, please allow 3–7 business days for processing. When your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once your return has been accepted, we will process your refund and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, the refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
